Snow Sports are extreme sports that will fill you with adrenaline and a sense of euphoria. They are also potentially dangerous and physically demanding on your body. The aim of Snowpro Fitness is to improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury, whether you’re a recreational rider or a competitive athlete.

From resistance training to high intensity interval sessions, programmes are designed to increase Stability (especially in the hips, knees and ankles), your strength and endurance. These programmes will take you from warm up to cool down and recovery.

I offer online coaching so you can prepare for your snowsport adventure anywhere, at any time. As easy as having an app, with the accountability of having a coach at all times.

Let me welcome you to Snowpro Fitness. I am a passionate snowboarder that has spent the past decade teaching and introducing people to the sport I love.

Snowsports has helped me with more than just my fitness, it has given me focus, direction and the determination to achieve whatever I set my mind to. My aim is to help people become the best they can be through fitness, skiing and snowboarding.

As a qualified instructor and personal trainer I understand exactly what’s going on while riding with both your body and the kit you use. Along with my own experience I am working with other snowsport professionals to bring you the best workouts for your winter sports.
